Ring fingers are sized accurately during the initial consultation to make sure your ring fits perfectly. However, should you find any discomfort, we will happily re-size the ring as complimentary.
We are based in London, but serve clients nationwide. We offer the convenience of meetings either at our offices or in the comfort of your own home!
Absolutely not! We only request final payment once you collect and are completely satisfied with the ring. However, a 50% deposit is typically required to begin crafting your ring.
Because our rings are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns once production starts. These designs showcase precise dimensions and details, so you’ll know exactly how your ring will look upon completion.
In the unlikely scenario your ring has a manufacturing defect or error, we will work with you to repair or replace the ring.
